Do I come to you? Or does a technician come to me?
Either! We do all of our work at a location of your choosing: at our retail location, your work/office, your home, or a public location that you prefer to meet. We have a set service area and while we will travel outside of our service radius, there may be an additional fee associated with travel time/fuel.
Our retail location is located in Northwest Dallas near I35 and Royal Lane. Call first to confirm an appointment!

When are you available to come to my location?
We generally have technicians available 24 hours a day to be dispatched to your preferred location to quickly and professionally resolve any issue you may have with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod! Please note that there may be additional fees associated with repair requests (1) after normal operating hours; (2) on holidays; and/or (3) outside our standard service area.
How long do repairs take?
Repairs will usually take less than 15 minutes from the time we arrive. If other issues are discovered, we will let you know and go from there. Many repairs take under 10 minutes. Our experienced technicians still take their time and work very carefully; they’re just very good and very quick at what they do!
